The Defense Ministry says the measure will save $73,000 a year, but critics claim closing the hot line will threaten national security. "Who's to say there is nothing out there?" says one Briton. An Australian man wearing a protective suit dives into the water -- and is stung in the face by a tiny, potentially lethal jellyfish. The Irukandji jellyfish is no bigger than a peanut and extremely venomous. The 22-year-old victim is rushed to a hospital's intensive care unit, where he remains in serious condition.
